Couldn't find a new patient appointment for many weeks (and that's ok even thought i requested multiple times - so disappointing, but ok). But then why I asked them to cancel the process (since they couldn't find an appointment), they reached out to my previous dentist for medical records (I'm so glad the previous dentist checked with me).
All of them are very accommodating. They clearly explain what needs to be done, including the step-by-step process and details of the procedure, which is very helpful.
I have been thoroughly pleased with the care that I have received from Dr. Kim and his team. They take their time and do thorough assessments, are very knowledgeable, and share useful information each time I visit. I have also been impressed with the front desk staff, especially Adrian. Adrian reviewed an estimate for my care, and even called me back with updates when he received them. The communication has been fantastic, and if I wasn’t moving out of the area, I would be staying with them for a very long time!
My experience with Dr. David Kim and the entire office staff has been exceptional! They are very accommodating and help organize my visit, be it a regular appointment or an emergency, with ease. Dr. Kim is more than just a dentist. He is very kind and sensitive and looks at your entire well being, not just your dental issue. His perceptions and suggestions have been helpful, and the work he has done has been pain free. I actually no longer dread going to the dentist!
This Dentistry has a long history!,..I first visited Dr. Stan Konrad back in the late 1990’s!,..now I’am a patient at the same place!,..and same office but with a new doctor!,..Dr. KIM!,..I gravitate towards Trust and Quality!,..🌛🌜🌝🌚🌞🌗🌖
