Have been going to AO since moving to the area 6 years ago. Trav and Nick are wonderful to deal with and have consistently provide outstanding service within very reasonable cost. They will always provide a cheaper/ value for money recommendation whenever possible and do not rip off customers by charging exorbitantly. Will always recommend them to anyone who’s looking for a reliable mechanic.
I almost got ripped off ... by VW. Thankfully I found Nick and Travis and everything got sorted. The good: - What a great bunch of guys. Friendly, approachable and professional. - I was kept in constant contact and given regular updates throughout the time they had my car. - The parts that needed replacing were shown to me and an explanation given as to why they needed replacement. Sensational service! brought my Navara in at 2:30pm today for a bit of an urgent dpf issue, the absolute legends brought my ute straight in and sorted it out on the spot for me even though they were busy, got the ute back 2 hours later and its back to perfection! i booked in for a service then and there, great experience from A.O.
I have a 2020 Mitsubishi Triton that is still under warranty. I originally took it to Mitsubishi in South Morang and paid over $1,300 for a service, including some filters. When I picked up the ute, I inspected their work and quickly realised they hadn’t done what they charged me for. I’m very mechanically minded and have a full setup at home to work on my cars and bikes.
