I have a 2020 Mitsubishi Triton that is still under warranty. I originally took it to Mitsubishi in South Morang and paid over $1,300 for a service, including some filters. When I picked up the ute, I inspected their work and quickly realised they hadn’t done what they charged me for. Amazing shop but more importantly people who care about your pride and joy as much as you do. Ordered an EFS bar through these guys and attempted to fit it myself, they called the next day to check how I was going with it and offered advice along the way. Had an excellent experience with Nick and the team at AO Automotive. Dropped my car off and was called a few hours later with full run down of items to be fixed and explanation of it all. Nick was great to deal with, and he showed me the brake pads and everything else they replaced when I picked the car up. Very upfront about things, fair pricing and excellent service. I will be going back for future servicing with both my cars.
