Dr Reid agreed to treat me in exchange for a Google review about a year ago after reaching out for help and finding my insurance was out of network. After the review was written, everything changed. His office manager was extremely rude, Dr Reid has refused to call me back and they have now billed my insurance for 3 office visits, despite only speaking to Dr Reid on the phone and never, ever visiting their office. We have had to contact an attorney and dispute their fraudulent insurance claims.
Dr. Reid is incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and thorough. From my very first visit, it was clear that he genuinely cares about his patients. I was going through an extremely difficult time when I first started seeing him. Despite arriving almost 20 minutes late to my initial appointment, Dr. Reid was patient and understanding—he still saw me without hesitation and gave me his full attention. Dr. Reid has been a wonderful doctor to team up with for my mental health care. He is genuine and intelligent, he knows his profession well and I feel like I'm on a promising road to healing and that I'm in good hands having chosen him with my care. You can tell that he cares about the proper treatment for the individuals best outcome and wants to see you improve, not just collect payment and go on to the next patient.
So far, have had only 2 appts, but I feel very comfortable with Dr. Reid. He is easygoing and friendly, and is solution oriented. I highly recommend him!
Dr. Reid is so amazing and friendly. First time seeing a physiatrist and it was a very good and "scare-free" experience for someone like me who has very much been afraid to talk to or be around doctors or therapists.
