TLDR: Don’t go to Marin. Try other staff. Marim’s customer service is 1 or 2 out of 5. My wife went into the branch and had a poor initial experience. There was an issue with a Tele-code that she never received. We had been on the phone to ANZ for 30 minutes, were hung up on and texted instructions to visit branch. On Monday, I attended this rouse hill branch to transfer money to another bank account. After waiting for approximately two hours, I was advised that the funds would be transferred within 24–48 hours. I then waited an additional two working days to allow sufficient time for processing; however, the funds were still not transferred. As a result of this delay, I missed an important investment opportunity. Tonight I needed to deposit some cash. I looked on the Google Rouse Hill ATM opens 24 hours. I went there and gate was locked and upon checking with Security guard at 11:55 pm that ANZ bank only the bank as no access to ATM at Rouse Hill. Thank god, I have account with NAB. Very disappointed. I am going to complain to ANZ head office as well. Need to update ATM hours on Google.
