Jayden is the best bank staff member I've ever dealt with. Almost convinced me to change banks, very close but happy he helped us with our home loan application and how friendly he was
Our bank fees haven’t mysteriously disappeared, so why has our customer service? These ‘hubs’ are a complete joke. Never have I wanted to leave bank so much. They continually let down their customers. What do banks even do anymore? I have a lot of loans with anz and I just want to leave. I’ve had enough of their lack of service and these jokes called ‘Hubs’.
Do not go this ANZ ATM after hours as it has a major shop fitting / design failure as it is not accessible in after hours. ATM is meant to be 24/7 access isn't it?
TLDR: Don’t go to Marin. Try other staff. Marim’s customer service is 1 or 2 out of 5. My wife went into the branch and had a poor initial experience. There was an issue with a Tele-code that she never received. We had been on the phone to ANZ for 30 minutes, were hung up on and texted instructions to visit branch. On Monday, I attended this rouse hill branch to transfer money to another bank account. After waiting for approximately two hours, I was advised that the funds would be transferred within 24–48 hours. I then waited an additional two working days to allow sufficient time for processing; however, the funds were still not transferred. As a result of this delay, I missed an important investment opportunity.
