The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and cooperative. Special mention to Sejal Shah for her outstanding support and warm, helpful attitude.

Jayden is the best bank staff member I've ever dealt with. Almost convinced me to change banks, very close but happy he helped us with our home loan application and how friendly he was
Our bank fees haven’t mysteriously disappeared, so why has our customer service? These ‘hubs’ are a complete joke. Never have I wanted to leave bank so much. They continually let down their customers. What do banks even do anymore? I have a lot of loans with anz and I just want to leave. I’ve had enough of their lack of service and these jokes called ‘Hubs’.
