New location same crap service went in today had 3 staff standing around and refused to deposit via teller despite 4 people in queue for a single atm to deposit
So disappointed in this branch not opened at lunch time the busiest time of day and atm not working we will be moving our money to Bendigo next week !
My experience with the ANZ Richmond branch Was terrible there is only ever one teller open, staff sitting at there cubicle with nobody, and unwilling to help people who walk in. I was told that I needed to make an appointment for verification, yet walkins are welcome. The staff were quite happy to sit on their backside doing nothing instead of helping, I certainly would not recommend ANZ Richmond to anyone.
