My experience with the ANZ Richmond branch Was terrible there is only ever one teller open, staff sitting at there cubicle with nobody, and unwilling to help people who walk in. I was told that I needed to make an appointment for verification, yet walkins are welcome. The staff were quite happy to sit on their backside doing nothing instead of helping, I certainly would not recommend ANZ Richmond to anyone.

The branch only ever has one teller working and she appears to be a hard working individual. They couldn’t even have someone come in and help her if they wanted because they have taken away all the computers for the other teller positions. Unfortunately this makes for a long wait. Everything is so focused on making everyone use the atms or online banking. But you can’t take large amounts of cash out of the atm.
