Absolutely appalling duty of care to the customer. No one is ever available to speak to at the time you visit, there is no teller service, so you patiently wait for someone to call you at a suitable appointment time, only to never receive any correspondence whatsoever. Five weeks it has taken, and FOUR visits into the branch only to find out my application is denied anyway. Insight ANZ already have, and could immediately provide, instead they insist on wasting everybody's time and resource over a painfully drawn out process.... read more
