I had to use Greensborough because almost all anz don’t have tellers anymore, I wanted to talk to someone in person about being scammed and needed to stop my card etc. I go at 10am and I’m told to make an appointment, I say ok what time they tell me tomorrow . I say I need help with this today because the scammers are trying to access my account. Told by a very rude Indian lady we can’t help you I say that’s not good enough. Totally appalling service at the Greensborough Branch by staff and manager. They show absolutely no regard for loyal and elderly customers. Disgraceful. Avoid at all costs.

ATM again is faulty - dont try to deposit cash or cheques as it is never working properly several times now over last 12months - Bank forces you to use teller service then levies charges. Just Fix the machine!!!! or why dont you just leave it faulty and justify removing it by noting no one uses it - no respect ANZ
