Very disappointing experience with ANZ. I tried to deposit cash into an ATM on Saturday night. The machine took my money, did not provide a receipt, and the funds never appeared in my account. I contacted the bank multiple times, but nobody seemed willing to properly investigate the issue or check the ATM. As a customer, I expected better support and accountability when the bank’s equipment failed. Losing access to my own money and struggling to get help has been extremely frustrating. Tbh, I’m giving 1 star, only because I can’t do 0 stars. What an absolute JOKE of a bank branch My 15 year old daughter can’t open a bank account, when she is already in their system, because her birth certificate has both middle names and the Medicare card only has the first. At 15, she doesn’t have a drivers licence or learners permit, no help from the Manager Kailash, no common sense, totally unreasonable!
