Racist customer service on Monday 28/7/25 at 2:40pm. I was the only person in line and waited in line for 10minutes as there was only 1 Teller open. When the Teller became free, another ANZ staff allowed 2 old ladies to be served before me. I intervened and said that I had been waiting in line. One of the old ladies responded with “I don’t want to deal with you, go back to where you belong.” I pointed out the obvious racist statement and their rudeness.
