Pathetic Customer Service Visited the branch for a pre-booked ID verification for my credit card application. An elderly staff member seemed completely unprepared, could not read numbers properly, and relied heavily on colleagues for help. She scanned my ID and claimed verification was done but refused to provide any proof or confirmation, saying she had emailed the internal team. To my surprise, the next day I received an email asking me to verify my ID again at the branch. What a complete waste of time and frustrating expe... read more
