Racist customer service on Monday 28/7/25 at 2:40pm. I was the only person in line and waited in line for 10minutes as there was only 1 Teller open. When the Teller became free, another ANZ staff allowed 2 old ladies to be served before me. I intervened and said that I had been waiting in line. One of the old ladies responded with “I don’t want to deal with you, go back to where you belong.” I pointed out the obvious racist statement and their rudeness. lazy staff nothing can get done this place
Horrible customer service. Book appointment in advance, and have to wait for 30mins coz manager not even around at the branch. During meeting, no apologies and no explanation were even given. I wonder if this branch even goes through fundamental good customer service training! A big 4 bank!
