The banks ‘new model’ is just ridiculous- ANZ forest Hill branch this morning 45 minute wait for them to help me access my OWN MONEY !! This branch as a 1.8 star review clearly the bank is not interested in its customers.
My recent experience of ANZ Forest Hill was nothing but good. General client service was polite, friendly and professional, and all clients in the branch-store while I was there, were treated with respect and genuine interest. My personal experience of Eliza Mihatov as an advisor to my late Mum's estate was sensitive and compassionate and expertly delivered. I don't bank with ANZ but this branch really made me consider changing to ANZ. I am grateful for the advice and banking services, and especially to Eliza.
While I detest the lack of in store service now, I appreciate the lovely, lone teller, who was very pleasant. Get your act together ANZ, or remove fees for the service I don’t receive
Wouldn't let.me.see.a teller to do a deposit.. So sick of paying for a service I don't receive.
