While I detest the lack of in store service now, I appreciate the lovely, lone teller, who was very pleasant. Get your act together ANZ, or remove fees for the service I don’t receive

Service there is incredibly terrible! The staff were so rude and was racist. Please try your best to avoid this branch. When I switch to Eastland, all problems solved with ease and smile.
its such a great shame they got rid of so many great staff from 2019, now customers are treated like a number..ive been with the ANZ since i was 15.. now at 66 im so disapointed with the way the ANZ haz evolved,,
