The worst customer service through their 1300 telephone contact number I have ever experienced - and that is some kind of achievement given how bad so many institutions and businesses are these days. On the flip side, the staff in the Branch itself were very helpful especially the Manager. I feel for those communities that will continue to lose the invaluable asset that is the local branch and its local staff.
I understand needing to teach the new person but not having an extra teller in the middle of the day so we have to wait behind business customers doing multiple cash bags is ridiculous in a lunch break.
By far the BEST in customer service. The lady who greeted us at the door on a very rainy day was nothing but sunshine, and it didn't end there! Helpful, friendly staff. Ironically we were going to close our accounts with the ANZ as the closest one was here in Dubbo, 3 hours from our new home but we decided to stay based on the service alone.
