I had to go in to the Dubbo branch to deposit a cheque on the 26.3.26, what a surprise, a friendly reception, and I was served straight away, couldn't ask for any better, highly recommended
Very rude staff
Terrible service, making my elderly grandmother (and everyone else) wait for a long time to be served by a single representstive on an iPad. And then make you discuss your private financial business in front of everyone. Worst service, leaving the bank and many years as customers. You need chairs and more staff and privacy for conversations
The worst customer service through their 1300 telephone contact number I have ever experienced - and that is some kind of achievement given how bad so many institutions and businesses are these days. On the flip side, the staff in the Branch itself were very helpful especially the Manager. I feel for those communities that will continue to lose the invaluable asset that is the local branch and its local staff.
