Well a very enjoyable experience. We are oldies that had lost our connection with our accounts on our phone. We were helped step by step to re connect by a very patient and pleasant young man by the name of KEIR. He is a treasure so helpful and polite. Thankyou Keir for your care.
Sooooo bad took an hour to see someone. Not enough staff and hardly ever open. Who do bankers think they are?? Even mcdonalds in coffs is open 24 hours a day and you dont keep your life savings there. Pathetic
Absolutely uselss. Paypal sent a refund and ANZ processed it wrong. I've spent over a week back and forth with their stupid online messaging service so I went in to the local branch to get it sorted, they offered me a phone number to ring their transaction dispute line even though I had told them I had already messaged them online before coming in to the branch. Why should I have to ring them and wait on hold for heaven knows how many hours. When I'd already spent enough time on it online with back and forth stupid questions... read more
Can't get a hold of a person. Sent me a card, cant use it because they didnt send me a customer registration number - cant set a pin, cant use the account. need a pin to call them. Wow. useless.
