Can't get a hold of a person. Sent me a card, cant use it because they didnt send me a customer registration number - cant set a pin, cant use the account. need a pin to call them. Wow. useless.

Terrible customer service, came over to ask about my mortgage being told that person in charge is not in and will be there tomorrow and will give me a call. Guess whst? 5 days later still waiting for a call.
I came in to speak with someone privately, and Stacey was amazing. She was able to assist me quickly and made sure my query was dealt with. If you need someone kind and that will help you as much as possible, definitely see Stacey!
