Absolutely uselss. Paypal sent a refund and ANZ processed it wrong. I've spent over a week back and forth with their stupid online messaging service so I went in to the local branch to get it sorted, they offered me a phone number to ring their transaction dispute line even though I had told them I had already messaged them online before coming in to the branch. Can't get a hold of a person. Sent me a card, cant use it because they didnt send me a customer registration number - cant set a pin, cant use the account. need a pin to call them. Wow. useless.

Terrible customer service, came over to ask about my mortgage being told that person in charge is not in and will be there tomorrow and will give me a call. Guess whst? 5 days later still waiting for a call.
