Really friendly helpful staff, but I just hate the whole que up system ANZ has now. Doesn't matter what branch you go to there is always only one staff member on duty at a computer while we all stand there and wait our turn. Always a half an hour job going into a branch for something basic. It's like we are punished now for wanting to use a branch instead of atm.
Easy access
Well a very enjoyable experience. We are oldies that had lost our connection with our accounts on our phone. We were helped step by step to re connect by a very patient and pleasant young man by the name of KEIR. He is a treasure so helpful and polite. Thankyou Keir for your care.
