Tried for 2 months to get an appointment for my mom. The office staff can’t seem to handle notes and relay wrong information. After 2 months of waiting they couldn’t make the time frame we needed during the day . Should have read the reviews beforehand
I do not recommend this podiatrist company! I’ve been trying to get my 93 yr old father a home visit appointment since July(2024). Left multi msgs with NO RETURN CALL with a confirmed appointment. Ask’d to speak with office supervisor Hazel on 3 different occasions, ech time placed on hold for over 10 mins then advised 1) left for the day (hmmm, comes in at 9 and leaves at 3:30), 2) she’s on a line with the podiatrist 3) she’s in a meeting(at 4:45?)…. seei the pattern?
