I have used them for years and they have never disappointed!! Again this time, AC out and it’s 85 in my home. They got me on schedule as an emergency and had it fixed within a few hours…and within 20 mins of showing up. They had the parts on the truck!
Easy to schedule. Knowledgeable tech.easy to schedule. Hopefully fixed. EXTREMELY low on refrigerant and a new unit and charged for service call which I think is wrong since it was NOT installed/filled properly from the get go.
Have been dealing with this company for almost a year now. Had a new unit installed last August. It's been nothing but trouble. They lied and said the ductwork was good. Then they put parts on the new unit for natural gas. We have propane. They lie. They do not return calls. They seriously lack communication skills.
