When making my reservation for a truck online, I requested 2 dollies, declined any additional vehicle protection coverage and was quoted a total of around $38 before mileage and tax. When I came in to get the truck, there were no dollies (unsure if thats because the location ran out of them, or just doesn't have any) Regardless, I shouldn't be able to reserve them online if they aren't going to be available at the time of pick-up. Used service for 2 years and never had any problems
I could not have been more satisfied. Elizabeth, very helpful lady, was very knowledgeable & professional. Rental truck was clean & problem free. Prices were very reasonable. Highly recommend.
