Shawn had great customer service and helped with all my needs and questions.
Was nice at first and the people at the counter are nice... that is all the good I have to say at all. With in 4 months was paying twice the cost of what I signed up for. They raised the rent almost every month. They wait till your stuff is in and the price hikes start. My wife had a unit before mine and they did the same thing to her to the point we had to lie and awitch over to me to get the cost down again. The locks were always broken to the door was hardly ever secure at the location.
Shawn took care of us, knew exactly what size storage room we needed, everything fit perfectly
Very easy to rent . Did everything online and had the codes and could start moving my stuff right in .
