The worst I've ever had to deal with, made a "fix" for the furnace end of October, the same problem returned in mid January, the main issue is not only the fact that they did a poor job, but that they lie and have absolutely no regard to any committment they make to an appointment or a timeframe, there's always an excuse and most of the time it's the same thing (stuck in traffic) even when it's late night and there's NO TRAFFIC AT ALL. Sean is prompt and reliable. Our water heater was installed quickly and efficiently and brought up to code. When our new water heater repeatedly malfunctioned, Sean never made me feel put-off. He took me seriously and went above and beyond to make everything right, even though that meant 4 or 5 more visits to trouble shoot and fix the problem.
