Will never call for service. These guys tried ripping my mom off. All her water heater needed was a thermocouple and they told her she needed to update her wires and lines in the house. Supposably they were not up to code. So I asked when did the new code start he was not sure. They wanted her to repair with updating over $1700.00 but they preferred her to replace for $2800.00. Miguel arrived shortly after he called. He was friendly, polite and knowledgeable when we started discussing my questions. He went to work addressing my issue and then proposed further investigation which after discussion proceeded to do and then answered some other questions as we went.
This was a long hard job. I am grateful we are close to completion. Rodrigo,Oscar,Eric and Elder worked very hard and I appreciate their professional work ethic I am thrilled that I made the correct choice and trusted Anytime
