I would not recommend this company. They don't stand by their work. They were hired to replace a kitchen a fixture, replace a drain, and fix a leak on an outside spigot. As far as the outside fixture, it still leaks. They do not communicate well or follow up. I had to call them twice after reporting the issue to be told they would waive the diagnostic fee but still have to pay 150.00 per hour plus material to resolve this. Not happy!!! If you are looking for plumbing services, seek out someone else.
Donnir from A&E has saved me, NUMEROUS times in both General plumbing and emergency service. I've mever had a bad experience with them and use them frequently. In this day and age, it's incredibly hard to find rock solid contractors.
My daughter recommended A&E and I’m so glad she did. Our garbage disposal was leaking and needed to be replaced and our toilet was running and needed all of the parts replaced. I called for an appointment and they came out the same day. They gave me a call to let me know the technicians were on their way to our home. Kevin and Tyler provided stellar service. 💫 Highly recommend this well oiled machine of a plumbing company.
