Our technician Matt was again terrific. He is always on time, knowledgeable and efficient. The entire Excelsior team is great to work with.
We have had a long standing problem with red squirrels in our attic. They manage to get in even though we think we have covered all of the entry points. Tim spent a lot of time walking the roof and looking for possible other entrances. He has identified a few potential areas to be explored. Yesterday he and I went into our walk in attic and inspected the various signs of squirrels - lots of nuts and other chewed objects including entrances into the space between the first and second floor.
