Business was great & always affordable. Erik is very professional, very prompt, and always on time! He very knowledgeable and familiar with his work. He fixed my chainsaw within the hour and I’ve had no problems since. Thanks Erik I will definitely recommend you to my friends and family. Best service I’ve gotten this far! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
Rarely have I encountered a business so incompetent that I believe I have to warn people about, but here I am. I booked an appointment to drain old gas out of my generator and clean the carb so it would run again. Erik told me that it would cost me $160 to do this and I agreed. He showed up without a plan. He had a cheap electric fuel pump to pump the gas, and asked me if I had a container to put the gas in. Very reasonable in price, knowledgeable and he also educate his clients how to take care of their equipment very friendly person I would definitely recommend him.
This was a disaster. I called for service on my Tori which needed a new pull cord. He showed up a day early, replaced cord, said I needed a new blade, did that and left. An hour later I returned home oil all over my garage. It's from my mower that didn't have a leak before. Called back, he texted me he would return, Ive waited 3 days no response no return.
