Marshall made recommendations on where i could get a replacement part, verified specifications & showed up at my place on time for install. I made a mistake in purchasing the wrong power steering fluid and assumed he'd take off after installing the part, I was incorrect. Without me asking, told me he'd head to the store so that he could get the correct fluid and complete the job. I will be adding Marshall to my phone contact list.
