I made an appointment for my 88 year old mother who has moderate dementia. I told them she had dementia and to call me or my brother. They said they would come Friday from 12 to 4pm. Thursday afternoon they texted my brother who was out of town and said they could come over then because someone was in the area. My furnace started making a loud squealing and thumping sound, so my home warranty company sent Anytime Heating and Cooling to check it out. The technician was in and out in under five minutes and insisted everything was fine. We both heard the noises and I even showed him a video of it but he brushed it off.
