Sebastian came out to reprogram door opener. He was very quick & courteous, checked all the wheels & bearings to make sure everything was tip top. Very knowledgable, appreciate the easy service
Service failed to complete to expectation. Homelink connnectivity was unable to be returned to function after the service. The ''need'' for this feature to be maintained as part of the service was made very clear before the work was authorized. It coud not be made to operate after service. Service technician made ''telephone calls'' and then reported back that his supervisor had told him 50% of homelink connections to newer Tesla models were not connecting. .All 3 of our doors are Liftmaster, all 3 had homelink connections w... read more
My garage door has a right cable came off the spool, 2 rollers felt off the track and it stuck half way. The technician came and cut the left cable, put the 2 rollers back on track and lowered the garage door down. I get charged for $300 for that service and technician left the site after this work. Note this is not an emergency service call. Unfortunately I wasn't home due to a dental payment but when I came home garage door can't be open.due to both cables came off the spool.
