DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE. They make you empty promises about being able to cancel in times of financial hardship and will continue to repeatedly attempt to charge hundreds of dollars to your account until it processes even after you speak to management and receive empty promises about your membership being canceled due to terms not being clearly explained during signup. Owner has responded 5 times to this review and has bluntly lied. His last response he decided to say “Just focus on your mental health at this point please.” Implying that I have a mental health issue which is not even something to joke about. And all I was doing was leaving an HONEST review. I will be reporting this gym owner. See my reviews & responses below. The AC is broken. This is by far the cleanest Anytime Fitness I’ve ever been to. The equipment is always well maintained, the facility is spotless, and it never feels overcrowded. If you’re looking for a safe, clean, and well-run gym, this location is it.
