The facility itself is very nice. It's kept clean, and has a good variety of free weights and machines. My limited interactions with the staff were also very pleasant. However, my 'complimentary' Fitness Consultation never happened. I showed up early for my appointment, and the trainer was not there. I was not called/texted in advance to notify me of the cancellation. I understand 'things happen', but also expect some communication before I arrive. I actually do like this gym a lot it’s a nice quiet gym not to crowded has everything you need. This review doesn’t reflect on the staff there. They are very welcoming and friendly! I called to see if I could cancel my membership after I have had it roughly three months and the sauna has been broken the entirety of my membership. I got the membership thinking the sauna worked since there is a sauna there. The suntree staff called me back right away and put me through to an upper management number out of Ft myers. Every time I come to Melbourne to visit my mom, I can’t wait to get a workout in at this location. Friendly staff and members. I highly recommend this club to others. Rob and Chelle Moffett

Nice gym, clean with friendly staff, Sophia is great. Always have clean hand towels/and disinfectant to wipe down the equipment. Good mix of equipment, good to see a new AB machine is coming in (finally). All good, I enjoy my workouts.

I want to shout out for Kyle, the trainer at AF-Suntree. He has been amazing, very knowledgeable and so kind. I had been out of a gym setting for many years and have rheumatoid arthritis and he has never made me feel anything but positive and worth it. His manners, professionalism and patience with dealing with all different ages and levels of fitness has been amazing for me.
