I saw an ad that said “looking for people to undergo our 6 week training program” and submitted my details for more information. I immediately received a text asking me my goals and what time I would be available to come to the gym. I said I would appreciate an overview of the program to see if it’s a good fit before driving over. They respond asking me to make an appointment to visit.
