Anytime fitness is top tier. It was my first time to the gym and Elijah helped us out from the moment we walked in. The gym was super clean and had everything you need to get an awesome workout. 10/10 would go again!

超コンパクトなジムですが、基本的なものは全て揃っています。中でもファンクショナルエリアにジムの3分の1ほどを割り当てていて器具も十分に揃っているのが素晴らしい。有名なジムでもファンクショナルエリアはどうしても後から付け足した、みたいなところが多い中、これだけ小さなジムでこんなに充実しているのは本当に感激です。しかも場所柄なのか、ジム内はいつも空いていますし、利用するものが他のメンバーとぶつかって待たなければいけない確率も非常に低いです。トイレはシャワーも併設された個室で2室あるのですが、頻繁に掃除しているようでいつも綺麗に保たれています。ただ男性用、女性用には分かれておらず男女兼用です。新メンバーには無料のカウンセリングがついてきて、体脂肪率のほか自分の体のことが詳しくわかるE VOLTという測定器を使って測ってくれます。これがすごい！ぜひおすすめです。ただ駐車場の台数が少ないのでタイミングが悪いと満車ですが、５から１０分待っていれば大抵空きます。最後に、スタッフがとてもフレンドリーなのですが、いつもいるわけではないので質問がある場合はスタッフアワーに行くようにするといいです。

Signed a contract in January and asked the person that signed me up (who apparently doesn't work there anymore) if the membership was able to be canceled at anytime. He said yes. I go to cancel my membership today and to my surprise it was a 1 year contract that I had signed and I was out > $300 to cancel the rest of the year. Yes, it was my fault I didn't review the contract before signing. Lesson: read the contract before signing and don't trust what is said unless it is in writing. I had to change my credit card number in May and needed to update my payment info. I did the right thing and contacted Anytime Fitness (Kaka’ako) to update it. What did they tell me? I had to come in person — they wouldn’t take my info over the phone, and couldn’t do anything remotely. I was out of town, so I asked again later in May, and the person who answered had no idea what I was talking about. Now they’re telling me I have a delinquent balance for May and I need to pay $57 before they’ll even cancel my membership. The ... read more
