I am extremely disappointed with Anytime Fitness Fairfield Sydney. Nine months ago, I contacted the club and clearly explained that I was paying for an account that I no longer owned. The membership was not under my name, and I requested that the payments be stopped. I was told that the club would contact the actual member and work on resolving the issue. I am very disappointed with my experience at Anytime Fitness Fairfield. As a paying member, I expect to be treated with respect, fairness, and consistency. Unfortunately, my experience has made me feel uncomfortable, targeted, and dismissed. One of my main concerns is the inconsistent enforcement of rules. I was told I could not train wearing Crocs because it was considered a safety issue. I accepted this and changed into other shoes.
