Gym is nice but need to upgrade their staff system and equipments
Recently transitioned to this gym and the staff have been super friendly. The greet you when you enter and when you leave. It's always so clean and it's refreshing to see people clean the machines after or before use.
Cancellation policy is ridiculous in which they cut your access off immediately and you still get charged for an entire month because of “our 30 days notice policy”.
I have been a member of this gym from almost 2 years now when I tried to cancel the membership because of my health condition and some personal reasons they bound me to pay for 1 month more even after cancellation. I am not even going to gym this is how they play their tactics and get extra money from customers a really bad experience I would never ever recommend to join this gym they only care about money they have no concern with your situation
They dont pick calls, if they do they will tell you we are sending email where you can reach us and that email never comes through. And today itself i called them 3 times
