Anytime Fitness Darien has been my go-to facility for the past 14 months. The facility is always clean and well kept. Mike and RJ are always friendly and say hello when they see me. And the fact that the gym is always open and available, this has made me far more successful in my fitness journey over the past year because the gym adheres to my schedule and not the other way around. Btw, there are tons of free weights, benches and machines and it’s never too busy where you can’t find a spot to get a workout in.
All the equipment is modern and in excellent condition. There's a cardio area with treadmills, exercise bikes, and elliptical trainers, as well as a strength training area with dumbbells, barbells, and free weights. Each piece of equipment is regularly inspected.
