Best gym in town with the best customer service. Made the MISTAKE of switching to Planet- complete garbage. No issue with cancellation at Anytime all but had a problem when I left Planet- kept billing me. The amount of people that left and are coming back is crazy. Good for Anytime for staying positive and being a real gym.
Would rate 0 star if I could. Hands down WORST gym I have ever been to. Nothing but a hassle to cancel my membership. Cancelled it in November, they said it was processed and yet are still withdrawing money even though its mid January. Absolutely ridiculous especially seeing as they needed proof that I no longer lived in town AND a cancellation letter. Run while you can and go elsewhere! Planet Fitness is WAY better and the cancellation policy is super easy!
LOVE THIS GYM! I've been to all the gyms in Lindsay pretty much. The classes are the BEST and the staff is helpful and nice and the price is great plus classes are included!!! Esp. love the dance classes! Definitely recommend 100%%%%
Be aware of giving them your banking info. Cancelled membership after fulfilling contract, they changed the terms and kept trying to withdraw. Slow admin to process cancellations but of course not to start your membership! Would go elsewhere.
It's anytime fitness but office seems to be closed too much.
