Has showers and all the basic essentials, fairly good place to train at times all be it small; it has times where not many people are there and it's comfortable enough
Great gym love coming here to clear my mind
Holly made me a personalised plan for 4 days a week to get me into a constant routine and hit the mark on everything i was asking for. I couldnt have asked for anyone better to not only make up the plan but to also run me through every exercise as i didnt know half of the exercises or machines before the plan was made. Highly recommend for anyone starting out
