Anytime fitness Beenleigh is a joke. I finished my contract, then canceled. They give you the run around when cancelling. I tried 3 times with proof of all three and still trying to say they haven't received anything.
Disgraceful customer service. Long-term loyal members are not valued and valid requests are met with obstruction and demands that breach your legal rights. Would not recommend.
Avoid this place. They attract people with cheap membership offers, but then hit you with hidden cancellation terms that aren't properly explained. Cancelling was a frustrating experience, and I felt completely misled. The staff were unhelpful and showed very poor customer service when I tried to sort it out. I regret signing up and would never recommend this business.
I’ve been coming to Anytime Fitness for over a year now and the staff are amazing and most helpful!
