I recently joined this gym. First of all, it is really nice and organized. I like that they have a lot of equipment. I've been here maybe about 25 times now and have never found it to be too crowded. I would like to go more often but right now I'm doing 3 days a week. Once of the things I would like is lockers. They currently have open shelves so there's not much in terms of security. I tend to bring the minimum stuff with me anyway but it would be nice in case I want to lock my phone etc. They do have 3 or 4 showers but I h... read more
Being a member at Anytime Fitness has not only been a personal and positive experience for me, but it has also been an inspiration to see others growing into their better selves.
Got all the needed equipment. Always clean. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful
Management allows paying members bring their family, friends and children and they use all equipment in the facility without paying for it: NOT FAIR FOR PAYING MEMBERS!. Equipment flat TV screens need to be cleaned thoroughly. They are dirty most of the time.
Would give zero stars if I could. Unfortunately I now I have to start taking steps because there is zero customer service if everything isn’t going perfectly. Sorry to tell you guys, but this is the real world and business is tough. You’re not going to keep every member forever and when you try to not let them quit they’re going to get po’d and destroy your reputation in the area they know so well. How are you supposed to even see about signing up if they are closed every day during lunch hour? Seems like the one time they would want to have staff available...
This is without doubt the most enjoyable gym experience I have had in the Bryant, Benton area. It is a great place to workout for those who are series or just beginning to start a fitness program.
Rip Off. Lacks equipment. No locker room. Poor customer service. Save your money and drive the planet fitness in Lake Charles where you get more for your money.
This is a nice clean gym. They offer some good Yoga classes too! Definitely the best gym in the area.
