I'd highly recommend Anytime Fitness Oaks to anyone serious about the achieving their fitness goals, especially athletes. Lewis has been especially helpful by providing guidance and actionable insights for my personal goals and current metrics. For tracking, I love the Evolt Body Scanner because it provides advanced body composition diagnostics. The gym itself has a good range of equipment, is very clean and best of all - 24/7 Access.
Lewis Keel and staff are amazing! Gym is clean, not crowded, and has a very friendly vibe.
If you are looking for a friendly, flexible neighborhood gym, look no further. Conveniently located right off the Oaks exit of 422, this gym is super easy to access. Don't let the smaller size compared to some other gyms fool you - this place has everything you need. The entire staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly.
