Very clean gym with tons of options that are hard to find at other gyms. Staff has always been great. Been going here for years.
I get excited to go to the gym. I love being involved in team training with awesome instructors and teammates. The trainers demonstrate each exercise and ensure that you are doing them properly. I have seen physical and mental changes in my health. The training is very good and well worth my time and money. I’m on my way to being a better ME!! I’ve been at it for 3 years now and I feel stronger than ever with much energy!
Yeahhh, I’ve been to better hotel gyms. Very disappointed, very old equipment, worn and torn weights. With their towel policy it’ll stay clean though! So there’s that I guess. Overall, I would highly consider avoiding this location.
