Nice clean gym, user friendly especially for older folks. Staff is very helpful, lots of equipment in good shape and everything is always working properly and management willing to answer questions.

It was 72 degrees I asked asked if there is a fan to an older gentleman one of the owners, who was rude ! A JERK! Said no just from ceiling. I’ve seen fans in every single Anytime Fitness !! This man was a … Im not stooping to this owners level….. as my vast experience in gyms. Guarantee, 6/5 ! This ownership won’t last long at all. Especially when they skimp on the importance of running a facility.

This is by far the worst anytime fitness in the area. The staff is rude especially their trainer Allison who is extremely dismissive and disrespectful even to members. Don’t let their positive reviews fool you they waive sign up fees for new members if they leave a positive review. The positive reviews are BOUGHT NOT EARNED. Management refuses to acknowledge or address people’s complaints about their staff and put the blame back onto the customer. This place in Folsom was extremely rude. It was filthy. There were cockroaches in the bathroom. I went there to try to work out and my key didn’t work. A customer went in and asked the lady that works there if she would come out and talk to me and she told him she would and I waited outside for a good hour. She never bothered to come out and speak to me even to ask me about my key or anything left me standing outside in the cold by myself. She never even bothered to come out and even say anything. Great club/gym, great trainers, good equipment, excellent management! Clean, safe, supportive environment. The best gym I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been to many over the years. The best tools for health I could want. My husband and I are very happy here.
