Love Anytime Fitness in Orangevale/Folsom location! I got a membership here about 4-5 months ago and I’ve lost 10 pounds since I’ve started. Clean facilities, friendly people and I love that you need a key to get in so I feel safe even in the evening time. The staff is also super helpful and friendly.
Wonderful place to work out always clean and great people working there as well as working out. Personal trainer Jennifer is absolutely amazing. She’s very knowledgeable. And always provides a great workout for me.
I signed up with Charles as my trainer about 2 months ago and just added more sessions. Charles is an awesome trainer and has me working out harder than I ever have! As hard as it is, I love it! He makes it fun, keeps me motivated, and shares nutritional information to get real results. It’s hard work, but so worth it!
The gym is clean and well-maintained, and the machines are in good condition. It is a pleasure to work out here.
