Owner refused to make eye contact with me when I was asking to cancel my membership. Told me “you’ll be back, you guys always come back”. So weird. Takes it way too personally when you try to leave, very odd. The gym kinda sucks too

Overall, it’s an OK gym If you’re trying to cancel your membership Good luck with that I am still trying to cancel my membership and it’s been Several months now I tried calling The gym I tried calling the owner of the gym kept getting sent to voicemail Or kept getting told His wife’s having surgery or he’s doing this and he’s doing that he’ll get back to you. He’ll give you a call. He’ll email you and I’ve still yet to receive Any sort of response And any verification that my Membership has been cancelled

My husband and I regularly work-out at Anytime Fitness in Folsom CA. Recently we travelled and accessed three different AF locations. While those facilities were ‘just’ OK- The AF in Folsom managed by Patrick is exceptional. He takes pride in its cleanliness (I see him frequently on the floor vacuuming and cleaning-and the equipment is evaluated and maintained regularly by outside experts).
