Possible the worst treadmills I have seen at any ( any time ) ever. Old is one another these are broken ( all ). Please spend the money and fix

The gym has enough equipment that I would need for my workouts but I have 2 main complaints. 1. The gym is always quite warm. Some of the workouts I do could be done at home but I think of going to the gym because ideally it’d be kept at a cooler temperature than my house. That is not the case, I checked one day and saw the temperature was either 70 or 72 degrees F which is warmer than my own house. Decent clean location after the renovation but several cardio machines are broken down consistently that say they will be fixed soon (signs been there for months). Onsite employees are practically never there. 1/12 Update - two treadmills down and a stairmaster in a gym that has like 15 cardio machines in total..
