Absolutely, one of the best, if not THE BEST AF gyms anywhere! Excellent and always clean working equipment, best staff, and always a pleasure to workout ANYTIME without any crowds or annoying loud music...just AWESOME! Can't say enough great things about this AF location. Please come discover this for yourself and/or family. NO disappointments whatsoever.
Liz is wonderful! As my personal trainer, she is always attentive to the issues I have with my back at the same time she pushes me to the next level with additional weight and effort. She knows I want to work hard and helps me to do that. It has made a great difference in my core strength and balance. Daisy is a helpful resource as well and always addresses me by name. I am impressed with the equipment and services of the gym and appreciate being able to improve my fitness level there.

My 1st appointment with Daisy was amazing,she made me feel welcomed .the gym is very neat as compared to a few that I have been to and everyone there seem to mind their own business which is a plus for me
