My 1st appointment with Daisy was amazing,she made me feel welcomed .the gym is very neat as compared to a few that I have been to and everyone there seem to mind their own business which is a plus for me

The gym is excellent,It's very clean and organized, with enough machines to meet demand. The service is good, the staff are attentive and helpful,the bathrooms are clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend it!
I came to spend the summer at Lake Norman and checked out the gym here and it’s really nice, and actually bigger than the one I usually go to in Ohio. Good job, guys.
