Me and my husband honestly wish we could get out of our contracts.... but will continue to go until they are up. This gym is always very loud with no respect for people's concentration seems like people just use it as a meet up spot to catch up while Leaning on machines (at all times of the day) that others could be using. I was just in the exercise room today and there were literally two women in there talking as loud as possible not exercising it's disrespectful. I have worked with many trainers and Tammy is up there with the top 3 I've had. I am working through alot of old injuries and she is very mindful of my limitations. She progresses me at the right time and keeps me from hurting myself when I want to lift too crazy. I look forward to our appointments every week.

I'm 67 years old and have been working out at gyms for 40+ years. I was getting tired of doing the same exercises on the same machines. I've never worked with a personal trainer until I met Carolyn Nassif. She showed me lots of new exercises that used new muscle groups. She designed workouts that were challenging and I always left with a sense of accomplishment. I appreciated my time with her and I would highly recommend Carolyn to anyone who wants to work with a personal trainer.

Nice, clean, and friendly facility. Training sessions with Carolyn have been extremely beneficial and I would recommend everyone experience working with her to enhance your workouts.

Great gym. It's kept clean and everything is in good condition. All the equipment you could need for your fitness!
