I signed up today at this location; I believe the GM and the regional manager were both present. They were professional, prompt, welcoming and informative! The facility was clean and guests polite. The location is very secure and I felt safe!
Staff were disrespectful and unprofessional at the Port Charlotte branch.
Financial scam. Gym itself is ok but dont sign a contract with them. Already overpriced it is nearly impossible to get out of the auto renew even after a year. They appear to be not in compliance with FTC regulations that went into effect for all businesses May 15 regarding ease of cancellation for a consumer to get out of a contract. If you cite health they ask for details, I believe this is regulated by HIPAA and you should not have to provide details. Their contract & billing practices are corrupt. Best gym!! So clean and amazing staff! 11/10 and would refer people to go here!
