Decent size gym and always clean
No issues at this gym at all, Carolyn is very sweet and high energy and other gym trainers have always been kind. Every gym will have its niches, but prior complaints I have seen just seem like people angry because they didn’t get spoon fed. One person complaining about the shower policy, it’s there for a reason. Just like we see “do not drink” on bleach bottles, there’s always someone who abuses rules when they’re too lenient. Anytime fitness is the Place to be!! Had an amazing workout and awesome customer service
I've spent a lot of time around gyms and trainers over the years and I've seldom seen a trainer as competent as Carolyn. She's fun, engaging and best of all, she knows what she's doing. If you need personal training at ANY AGE, she's the one to go to.
