They are very businesslike, professional and very pleasant. You can walk in I went in as a walk in but it was early in the morning and only had to wait 20 minutes. I would suggest making an appointment they stay to their schedule. The lab is located in the basement, lower level. Easy to find if you follow the signs but the are up high and not very big.
Lots of great stores.
