It’s a slimy gym. I do not recommend them. My dad got scammed by them. In response to the comment below… I wonder how many of your 5 star reviews are direct experience, or are just friends and family.

I am changing my review from 5 star to 1 star. I will add a lengthy explanation. To start, this is a contract shady gym that you need to be aware of. I signed up for a 6 week challenge, that was advertised on Facebook. I signed up for an initial meeting with Steve, the owner. He offered all the sales type options that anyone would expect. He asked me what I was looking for (clearly it was a 6 week challenge), and i let him know I was not interested in personal 1-on-1 training. I love this gym, I feel comfortable going alone to exercise & not worrying about if it’s to crowded or people judging you.
