Took a break for about 8 months, (training for a half marathon) came back a couple days ago and super disappointed. The pictures from others are enough evidence. This gym is horribly dirty , no toilet paper , soap is empty for washing hands, no hand sanitizer , studio is full of dust, dust is everywhere, water fountain is disgusting, etc etc etc . It's super sad bc I know others feel the same.
Signed up on 2021 and all was fine until mid 2025, when there was a sign left by someone that all gym employees decided to quit because they hadn't been paid in a while. I have called, left voicemails, and sent emails asking to cancel my membership since early October but no response. I had to call my bank to stop the automatic payments, and after stopping payments, I keep getting automated calls, texts, and emails from this place asking me to update my payment information and to back pay the previous two months plus late fe... read more
I signed up through my insurance. I am paying my monthly dues but due to no staffing hours I can’t activate my membership in person. Please do not sign up to this place, I haven’t been able to contact anyone and no one is returning my calls.
Staff was extremely rude, prices are expensive and machines were poor quality.
I was trying to sign up but when I click the call on google it sends me to an automated system that offers Walmart gift cards. Thankfully I looked at the reviews.
