Worst of the locations and closest to me... always dirty and has been closed for like a month now due to no power.
I’ve gone here for years and like that they are small and private. But over that last year it has tanked. Multiple times it has closed because they didn’t pay the water bill or electric bill. Now, it’s been closed for two weeks for not paying the electric bill…again. It’s dusty, dirty and gross. I travel a few miles further to one of the other AF gyms.
I have been trying to cancel my membership and I have emailed and called the location. I have received call or response back but I see that they are still taking my money since I cant just cancel it online like other gyms.
Everytime I try calling NO ONE picks up. Yes I call during staff hours and always get directed to voicemail. I have called and sent mails due to not being able to be physically present. I have been needing to update my billing info and all the information they (AI) send me to do, it never works. I get redirected to an AI bot that is completely useless. Now I will be charged extra fees due to their negligence. Terrible customer service.
The worst anytime fitness ive been to, bathroom doesnt latch and toilet is overflowing with Water from shower pools up over entire bathroom floor. Just go to the aurora location its much nicer and only 15 min away
