This place is a train wreck. I had signed up for a 2 year overpriced contract and at the end of period I was not keen on continuing the contract and then suddenly due to some ownership issues the place is no longer staffed, with washrooms out of service and general lack of cleanliness. I have been trying to cancel my membership with no luck since no one is even there to talk to. They continue to try to charge my credit card. I’ve been coming to the Oswego location for 2 years now , I’m very confused in how this gym has not been taken care of. I know the staff they are very friendly but it’s like they disappeared out of nowhere…the gym has gotten very dirty . Very disappointed.

If I could give this place no stars I would. I’ve emailed 3 times, and have called 5 times to get my membership cancelled because I live out of state now. I have also told them my banking information is also incorrect, because I had to get a new account for moving out of state and they just keep sending me automated voice messages to update my billing information. They will not call me back to cancel my membership though. They say in their voicemail “your message is important to us” well clearly it’s not if you can’t call me... read more

Don’t go there stay away from this location! Staff is very rude and the racism is so disgusting.. I’m banned from there, for not putting the 2.5 lbs back on the hook. Anytime Fitness in Yorkville, Aurora, or Suger Grove great places. People are nice and so is the staff..

I go to Anytime fitness often because of the privacy and the 24 hour availability. I pay for a membership and I feel like I’m getting scammed. There is no soap in any bathroom so washing your hands is not an option when going to anytime. I tried to use the hand sanitizer pump and guess what it was also empty. I go late nights because of my work schedule and I have to wonder how many people who haven’t been able to Wash there hands are touching all the equipment. The mirrors and toilets are dirty aswell.
