Tyler had excellent advice and personal experience. He knew about bodybuilding, nutrition and athletic performance. Stephany was very accommodating for me, and always said hello to me as I came into AF. Love this place
Not a good value. The 24 hours is great but they refuse to invest in updated equipment.
Coach Tyler is fantastic!! I’ve been training with him since September and I can already see the results. He’s pushing me to be the strongest I’ve been in a long time. I highly recommend personal and group training with Tyler. And the manager Stephanie is great she really helped me when I first signed up and answered all my questions. She’s always available and so friendly. What a great environment!!!
Best studio AF around!! Been coming here since the doors opened! Stephanie the manager is the happiest person! She always greets everyone with a smile! Come in and see her for a tour and sign up! The red light sauna and tanning beds are an extra special touch!
