Josh was very friendly and accommodating, and the gym is very clean and well maintained.
Credit to the Ownership for the refresh and update. Hats off to the new Manager Stephanie for going above and beyond in keeping the gym clean and tidy! Staff (Stephanie, Naomi, Brandon, Tyler and Justin) always goes out of their way to interact with the membership on arrival and departure. Quick to respond and react to any opportunities to help out and make the gym environment even better.
Tyler had excellent advice and personal experience. He knew about bodybuilding, nutrition and athletic performance. Stephany was very accommodating for me, and always said hello to me as I came into AF. Love this place
Not a good value. The 24 hours is great but they refuse to invest in updated equipment.
