My friend and I have been wanting to try out Anytime Fitness in Lake in the Hills. It's been 2 weeks and no one answers the phone during their posted hours on their door, and we have gone there and no one is there to let us in. It's very frustrating that we truly want to workout somewhere close to home, but just can't even get into the place or get ahold of anyone.
Has everything you need for a great workout at a terrific price.
I like the facilities but when I had to get my key I had to interact with a worker called April and she was very pushy on trainers and I think she needs to learn how to not be so overly bothersome. I remained firm in saying no and she let me go after a bit but my fish was I there for an unnecessary amount of time because of her! I think she needs to learn how to take no before someone gets aggressive with her! Love the gym, sauna is awesome and worth it
