I was looking at the reviews on here and I saw one from someone who had been trying to cancel for months, and the owner's response is simply putrid. Why are you trying to non-consentually take that person's money? You know they want to cancel; your response should be to take care of their problem, and to refund them the money they didn't willingly pay. Went to this gym for a few years, very small and almost impossible to use between 8am-7pm. Was also told the cancellation process would be easy but after attempting to cancel in April due to moving, I have still been charged for the last 5 months with no resolution. Would not recommend unless you’re willing to commit to a lifetime of overpriced membership.
