Approximately two months ago, I personally visited the club to cancel my membership and return my FOB, as I had moved out of the area. Despite this, I have been charged for two additional months. I have attempted to contact the club's office three times by phone, but I have not received an answer or a return call. I also sent a message via Facebook Messenger and contacted corporate.
