My husband and I have been going to AF Murfreesboro for 10+ years. The facility is perfect for us and have everything we need and more. The staff are great and attentive. You hardly have to wait to use the machines and plenty of cardio equipments. It's neat and clean. And it's open 24 hour so a plus.
Overall I like this gym, it is small and just has kind of the basic equipment but it's never really busy and would recommend for anyone starting out that doesn't want to be pressured.
A five year membership at this gym has made a big difference in my quality of life. It’s clean with good equipment and a supportive staff. Carissa is the best trainer you will find and members support each other in a very friendly, respectful environment .
