I haven’t been a customer in many years, but when I was, I was always satisfied and pleased with what was offered for equipment in any time I had a question for staff, they were willing to answer my questions and listened to me and my myriads of questions. Particularly I find the owner Major to offer stellar service and hire stupendous staff. This is the most poorly maintained gym I’ve been to. A significant amount of the equipment is broken, worn down, or not functioning properly, which makes it difficult to get a consistent workout in. For the price, I expected much better upkeep and maintenance. I would not recommend this location unless improvements are made to the equipment and overall facility standards. It does not reflect what you would expect from a paid fitness membership.

I signed up here hoping for a convenient place to work out, but it has been pretty disappointing. The equipment is often broken or out of service, and it takes forever for them to actually fix anything. It is also usually way too crowded during the times I can go, so I end up just standing around waiting for machines. The cleanliness could definitely be a lot better too, as the floors and equipment aren't wiped down as often as I would like.
