I went to the Loveland location because a storm caused a power outage at my local gym. This location is half the size and it's very obvious that it is where all of the other gyms send their equipment to die. It looks like nothing has been cleaned in ages, and any seat with padded material is ripped, with stuffing exposed. It was very hard to use the bikes because they all clunk, and the treadmills are not smooth. I would only go back to this location if I didn't have any other choice.

This is by far the worst customer service I have ever had with a business. Our membership was canceled years ago. Then one day I start getting charged again. It takes months to get a response from this terrible owner and when we do, he asks for our confirmation that it was canceled and not "frozen". We never froze our account. The owner did. And then one day he decided to unfreeze it. When we canceled this time, we asked him for confirmation, so we have proof next time this happens. Great gym, clean, and lots of good equipment. Legit open 24/7 and that’s super hard to beat. No hassle once you finish your contract and always respectful. One of the better 24/7 options you’ll find.
