Every time I come in a hope they have finally cleaned things up. Here currently and there is one roll of paper towels expecting people to clean the equipment. No paper towels In the Bathrooms and the sink barely has any pressure to wash hands. Nothing has been dusted ever. You can see a layer of dust on every single surface. They need to close down for an entire week to get this place back in order. The cleanliness is unacceptable.

Knowledgeable staff, focused members and a wide range of equipment. Open for 24 hours daily works well with work schedules.

They will not honor your 30 day cancellation and then they will proceed to call you "you people" when you ask to get out of their contractbecause your frustrated by their contracts that are apparently steel clad and they can't do a thing to help you. Like screw your contract I don't want to pay you people any more money. Shady company and Zack is complicit in it.

BE WARNED. They refused to honor the 30 day cancelation policy. It was the only reason we signed up. Getting a call back and/or a response to email was impossible for months. Because of their dishonesty and non existent customer service, I'd give them zero stars if possible. Do not sign up if you're not completely sure. Every other place in town has a better policy than theirs. And they honor them.
