Im extremely disappointed. I explained it couldn't afford $50/mo so when he told me I could get two months free I rationalized it. And then I got charged anyway so I went in and he apologized and said he was already reversing it. And I wouldnt get charged until August. NOPE!!! I didn't get reimbursed and I just got charged again! When I said I can't afford it, I mean it! Very clean and spacious. Has everything you need to work out.
Walked in three different times to cancel my membership, during staffed hours, and no one was there. I tried to talk to them multiple times over the phone about the situation. $509 that I now owe, and they finally cancelled it.
Greg and Mr. Greg were very helpful at getting my husband and I started at the gym. It’s conveniently located, always clean and has everything we need in the way of equipment. As Silver Sneakers members it’s a great fit for us.
