I joined the Anytime Fitness earlier this year with the intent to get in shape for a surgery I had that was coming up in 18 months. Like everyone in the neighborhood, I wanted to support the local franchise. At the beginning of March, in the middle of the night, I blacked out and fell from standing, hitting my head on the linoleum kitchen floor. I have a brain injury and cognitive issues since then. The gym is clean and comfortable, and the equipment is kept in good condition. Rachel, the staff manager, creates a great welcoming atmosphere. She makes sure the gym is clean and properly maintained. Rachael goes above and beyond to make sure each member has a great workout experience. I have (literally) been to AF’s around this country and abroad, and this location is my favorite.

Equipment is minimal, I went twice wanted to cancel. But apparently that is almost impossible. So I thought I'd wait until the year was over, only they renewed my membership for another year without my permission, without notice and they kept billing me. Recently the autopay stopped somehow and they are trying to charge me a late fee. I never changed any info. Everything is the same. If it doesmt work its on their end, but somehow im to blame and i get a fee? I never wanted to renew, nor will I ever be willing to renew. The ... read more
