I had a great experience at Anytime Fitness! Ben was incredibly helpful—he walked me through all the membership options and took the time to understand my needs. He offered thoughtful guidance on which membership would be the best fit for me based on my goals and preferences.
This is a really cool and great gym it has the right equipment and it has a really nice vibe to it !
Was overcharged for a month on my membership after requesting to cancel it due to an employee making a mistake with my personal information. They have a 30 day policy when cancelling your membership but I was charged for an extra month. Contacted the club several times and was told this situation would be fixed and ultimately they refused to give me a refund. Save yourself the headache and go to another location/gym (one that has better weight machines at least and doesn’t overcharge for basic equipment).
