This gym lacks alot of necessary machines, their staff is never there when you need them. To cancel they give you such a hard time and give a million excuses and try to charge you a $200 cancelation fee.

Had membership but then realized that insurance company offers reduced rate to have the membership through them. Completed the paperwork to have my membership assumed by insco. Had difficulty from the start with Anytime Fitness double charging, but the 1-800 # customer service people refused to help. When I tackled the issue a 2nd time, I called the local number and dealt with Lydia who served as a liaison between the owner of that location and me. Owner would never deal directly with me. Signed up last week. This week I met with a trainer, Lydia. She gave good suggestions, answered questions, demonstrated equipment and was encouraging. I worked with Andrew today and he was encouraging,helpful and kept me on task.

Great gym, awesome trainers! The staff works hard to keep it clean, especially the bathrooms! Love it here.
