Coach Kim is outstanding! Always there to listen and offer advice when shes not with a client. Very attentive and listens to what you want to improve on and delivers that plus more. Very humbling while still being supportive and encouraging. Thank you!
A great get away to exercise and be with awesome staff, coaches and members! Everyone is helpful and encouraging! Cheers to Bri the manager who has a beautiful smile I enjoy the challenges I look forward going to AF!! I do use some of the machines. Several of them I like. Studio classes are the best.
